Granite
Granite is a natural quarried stone that is relatively porous yet extremely durable once sealed. It requires sealing at the time of installation and sealing periodically thereafter. Every granite slab is different in pattern and color selection. The patterns are comparable to specks with differing colors in medium to dark shades of gold, brown, blue, green, pink, red, and other variations. With every granite slab containing unique patterns and colorations, you will get a distinctive choice and pattern. Granite can stain so be careful with items that can stain, like hair dye. Though it’s a heat resistant stone, you should still use cautiously with hair devices in the bathroom.
